Ümit Özdağ, the General Chairman of the Victory Party, who had stated that he would send Syrians back to their country through ‘Victory Tourism,’ announced a few weeks ago that he would go to Syria.
Özdağ said, ‘We will visit Damascus with four people in the second week of July. We are going to the capital of Syria, Damascus. The necessary arrangements have been made. Today, we reported our passports. We will see the people in Damascus, we will go to Latakia. We will demonstrate that life has returned to its natural course. It will be an interesting trip.’

Journalist Musa Özuğurlu announced that the Syrian government did not allow Ümit Özdağ, the General Chairman of the Victory Party, to enter the country.
